X-Ray Radiography

تیشکی ئێکس (ڕادیۆگرافی)

A medical ray that takes pictures of the bones and dense organs of the body.

Definition

The X-ray is the most common way to check bone health and to find fractures or cracks. It also takes pictures of the chest and lungs to reveal infections such as pneumonia. The test is very quick and needs only a short pause. Pregnant women, or those who think they may be pregnant, should tell the doctor before an X-ray.
