This page explains what happens if Ciprofloxacin and Omeprazole are taken together, according to official sources.
Reduced ciprofloxacin absorption via altered gastric acidity
Omeprazole increases gastric pH, which reduces the solubility and maximum serum concentrations (Cmax) of ciprofloxacin.
Administer ciprofloxacin at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after omeprazole to ensure adequate antimicrobial absorption.
