This page explains what happens if Clopidogrel and Warfarin are taken together, according to official sources.
High risk of severe bleeding
Combining warfarin with clopidogrel synergistically increases the danger of major and life-threatening gastrointestinal or intracranial bleeding.
Use only when strictly indicated (e.g. post-coronary stenting with atrial fibrillation). Monitor INR frequently and evaluate for early bleeding signs.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about these two medicines; don't stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
