Stomach ulcer risk
Ibuprofen with corticosteroids increases the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding.
Avoid simultaneous combination. Substitute paracetamol for mild analgesia. If NSAIDs are essential, prescribe concomitant PPI prophylaxis.
