Elevated sertraline exposure via CYP2C19 inhibition
Omeprazole is a known CYP2C19 inhibitor that can increase plasma concentrations of sertraline, leading to enhanced adverse serotonergic effects.
Observe for excessive serotonergic side effects (tremor, insomnia, agitation). Consider reducing sertraline dose or choosing an alternative PPI (e.g. pantoprazole).
